Nicely explained sir, one question Can you program the voicetron to come on while using the unit in style mode, for instance if I want backing Harmonys in the chorus of a song can I have the harmony’s follow me when I press say main variation 3 (in my case midi accordion) and have the backing harmony get its notes from Chanel 2 or 3

Voicetron to ABCD. The feature allows you to program the voicetron such that it comes on with specific vocalizer settings when in Arranger A, B, C or D. To better expain this, you can create a user setting in the voicetron called AJ and in this setting, Arragner A is set to Voicetron OFF. Arranger B is set to Voicetron = Harmony Trio. Arranger C is set to Voicetron = Harmony Country +2. Arranger D is set to Voicetron = OFF. Now you save this as set up AJ. Now, as you play the song in STYLE Mode, when you are in ARRANGER A, the vocal setup will be just your voice because Voicetron was programmed to be off. When you to to arranger C for chorus, the voicetron will automatically turn on and be in Country + 2 octave voices. The best thing is you can store this as a REGISTRATION/SONG setup so that when you recall this registration, it will recall the style, lead voices used, tempo, transpose, and yes the AJ voice setup to be used for the performance. Hope this helps ... call us at 267-323-5005 for/with more questions!

Nice job Larry! How do you know where to set the harmony to turn on?

The harmony is turned on/triggered by the midifile. So in this case, Midi channel 5 is where the harmonizer 'looks' to get the harmony notes. So, during the creation of the midifile or at a later date you 'play' the harmonny notes exactly as you want them to sound using say a piano on track #5. Now, since you don't want to hear this 'piano' sound, simply reduce the volume of this track to say 3 (too low to be heard once the track is playing), and now, instead of track 5 being a voice/sound track which plays a piano sound, you assign track 5 to VOICETRON so that the notes on track 5 trigger the vocalizer. Hope this explanation helps ... else, call AJ at 267-323-5005 for further explanation.

@@AjamSonic do you just play the root note and when you assign say a 3rd above harmony, it does that? or do you have to program a note for each harmony required. I like to use a couple harmony voices in many songs and change from 1 to 2 voices in spots. at present I use a tc helicon that reads my guitar chords on the fly to provide the harmony, which I turn on and off with a footswitch and can change patches as I play
