    I don’t care if it’s 2082, I’m heartbroken that she’s not here.

It hurts me to hear her say she’s devastated when she has voice problems, I can only imagine how she was behind the scenes in 2010. She must’ve cried so much! 💔

Her speaking is soooo smooth and silky here. Can you imagine it being 1995 and being sung to with this voice. Heaven on earth!!🤍

It was a lot smoother than this though. She had vocal nodules around this time which she got in 1994 and the smoking agitated it causing her voice to be gravelly. However, she still sounds good though

I love this!!! If only the Houston estate would do this woman some justice and release some never before heard music or concert footage, this would be perfect with everything going on in the world right now, the world needs good love and Whitney knew how to give it. ❤️

Delton 100% agree but this estate is useless especially with that pat garland at the helm

@@mikeyjohn9903 In 2012 she said she was committed to giving them up cold turkey, I wish we could've seen her healing

Great interview and you can tell that Whitney was so comfortable during this interview. She was so sweet and she was also a funny woman. Not afraid to laugh at herself sometimes and make jokes.I love Whitney, her music, her voice and her personality. :)

Jimmy Carter always seemed to be a good interviewer for Whitney - never really asked stupid questions or got on her case

I'm a 2000s baby so the fanmail era must have been real. Wonder how life would have been if artists like Whitney, Michael, Aaliyah, Left Eye, 2Pac etc. Were around for the social media age.

Yes TLC released an iconic album named “Fanmail” dedicated to the mail & letters their fans would send them.

Yall don’t say this about nobody else but her..I mean she could be clapping her hands and yall would throw drugs on her for crying out loud. Yall don’t do this to Amy, Anna, Charlie, etc.🤦🏾‍♀️

Cigarettes are very destructive to your voice. Her and Aretha voices were both ruined because of cigarettes. God I miss Whitney

I think she truly passed away from a broken heart. Not that someone broke her heart, but the loss of her voice truly hurt her soul

The public didn't know much about her struggles at the time. But looking back now on these interviews, one can see how the drug use affected & changed much of her demeanor.

god how things could of been different. if she was able to leave bobby and truly focus on herself. take time and rest away from the music business and focus on her we could of had so many more years of whitney

So sad to see how the drugs aged her. She’s 31 here. No black woman looks this aged at 31.
