I’m going to be applying live for the Chase World of Hyatt, to take advantage of the slightly elevated welcome bonus, and hopefully at the end of this video I will officially have Hotel Credit Cards with the Big 3, Hilton, Marriott & Hyatt.
So, in the video, I am going to go over the exact reasons for why I am applying for the Chase World of Hyatt Card, discuss my datapoints going into the application, and apply live for the Chase World of Hyatt Card, so that we can all see together whether I get approved or denied.

Congrats! Love me my hotel cards, especially the WoH card with the annual FNA, it’s a no brainer.
Also quick editing tip, use .png credit card images as it gets rid of any white corners/borders on the photo! I usually save a few from google and check which one was saved as a png and use that one
Absolutely! Easy way to get more Value than the Annual Fee simply by just utilizing that FNA each year. And thanks for the editing tip!
Awesome! I got mine back in December, just missed the elevated offer unfortunately. Don't forget to add it to your mobile wallets and start getting after that SUB before the card physically arrives!

Congrats! I recently got approved for the bonvoy boundless. I plan on PCing it to the Ritz in the future. I also plan on getting the Brilliant, Business, and another boundless card again giving me 4 free nights! I love Marriot hotels and never had a bad experience.
Let's go!! I'm definitely trending toward being a Marriott Loyalist as well, that Bonvoy Boundless welcome bonus is legit right now, and the Ritz is an incredible card, so love to hear you are doing that Product Change Strategy as well!

@@MattWelterOfficialI never thought Capital One would approve me for the Venture X because of all the cards I already have from other banks but the good thing was I didn’t have any hard inquiries in the past 8 months and no new personal cards in almost a year but yeah I’m super nervous about getting denied by Capital One so I’m not applying for anything until I finish out what will be my third travel credit card set up.

Congrats Matt! I would like to get the WOH too, but I went over 5/24. In a year I should be 4/24 . Last year I stayed at a Hyatt. This year I might be staying again at Hyatt, idk if to apply and hopefully getting approved or risk to get denied 🙅♂️, maybe going directly to Chase bank and speak with a manager lol 😝 idk

I got a WoH card in Dec 23. Got about 40k points on it so far, spend + SUB. Plan to use it and some Chase UR points for a “free” Christmas Markets trip to Germany in Dec 24. Hyatt Regency Düsseldorf. Maybe Thailand in the future. Be interested to see how you use yours.

I love it Matt, you created a plan, and you are sticking to it for sure. It is definitely my goal one day to have a bunch of these cards with free certificates to maximize the most amount of vacations per year, but for right now I’m having too much fun with my Chase business cards 😂

@chrisv4920 for award bookings, you'll need to either be staying at a Hyatt Place or Hyatt House for free breakfast. It you want it for higher end Hyatt hotels, you'll need top-tier status. If you are doing cash bookings, look into Hyatt Privé bookings. It's kind of like having status without status.

Smile, smile applause, applause. What’s been the main difference between Marriott and Hilton? Does one do better redemptions? How will Hyatt add to your experiences?
Good question Elliott! So in my experience, both definitely have their own positives. I’ve gotten upgraded the most with my Hilton Gold Status which has included private swim up pools, ocean view executive rooms etc. however, the huge benefit to Marriott is their global footprint. As an example, I went to Medellin, Colombia last month and loved it, however Hilton had no properties there and there were multiple options with Marriott. Hyatt will add to my experiences since I’ll be able to use the free night each year to get more value than the annual fee! Thank you!

It is, but it doesn't have the Free Night Award each year. So, I don't think the BIZ would be a long-term solution for me whereas the personal version would be. Thanks for watching Rick!
