  • Nutrition is one of the most underrated pieces of endurance events and something that you really need to start locking in early on in your training.
In this video I will discuss:
When you should be taking in nutrition.
How many calories you should be taking in every hour.
How many carbs you should be looking to take in every hour.
How you should bring in electrolytes in a race.
My exact nutrition plan for my 100 mile race in April when I take on the UTMB Canyons endurance race.
In June 2022 I was 240 pounds and losing the battle to alcoholism. After finding a joy for running again I decided to turn my life around. Since then I have continued my running journey, finishing a few ultramarathons and dreaming big. This video is a part of that journey. Here we will review prodcuts that we try and recap races that we do.

I have tried so much since starting and I am only doing 10k races at this point. Everything wrecks my stomach other than Skratch, aid station snacks and gas station candy.

Hey Brad my girlfriend and I are training for a half marathon in September. We’re going from 0-half marathon. Do you have any training program resources for us? Thank you

      Hey!
I have always used a coach when moving up in distance or going for an A race. I’ve found that their experience and knowledge is worth their weight in gold.
I also understand that this isn’t financially feasible for everyone. If that were the case I would reccomend finding a local run group or other people trainging for the same race or use an free online program to give yourself a structure that could lead to success.
If your interested to hear about my coaching plans and programs email me at bradfinnruns@gmail.com
      Best of luck!!

Thank you for the info. I just found peloton has a marathon training workout program that is like 12 weeks long I’ll look into that. And I joined Strava I’ll look on there
