As far as his first performance on the American music awards, I think he should have took it slow before he started grinding on men and kissing his bass player (Tommy). The reason why I say this because he needed to let the audience breath and get used to the fact that he is gay. Unfortunately, people have a tendency to exaggerate things, but he started off too hard and fast. He should have started slowly. He just came off American idol and his fans weren't ready for that display. That is why Sam Smith is so successful because he didn't shove the gay thing in peoples faces. He is letting his audience breath first. Adam should learn from him. Look, I don't care who sleeps with who, for it don't affect my life in anyway. But I'm only going by the impression of the audience's reaction. ( Of course not everyone.)
