@SnakeRoadComicsOfficial3677 law and crime shows are intense and diverse. Lawyers, cops, investigators, victim, suspect, villains. Lots of range of characters to work with because this system interacts with all parts of society

Note for movie and TV directors: these clips highlight how you make expository dialogue interesting. Keep the actors moving around, give them something to do - even tending to plants.
OMG YES! So tired of the standing/sitting facing each other exchanging lines or the walking side-by-side dialogue. Ugh!

A lot of actors from The Wire showed up on Law & Order. NYC is a short run from Baltimore, easy to pop up for a quick couple days work between days back on The Wire.
