Looking good sir! This is gonna be so cool when you get done! At this point you’re not even. “just a computer guy”or a carpenter… but rather the chosen one seems more appropriate. 😂😂😂
The thing I like the most about this vid… The fact that I've heard countless people over the last 5 years talking about how ridiculous the price tag is when having a machine built. "bUiLd Ur oWn FeR LikE $25…" and blah blah blah. You've been doing this project now for the better part of a month, and showing everybody the type of work that goes into building your own cabinets should prove that unless you know what the fuck you're doing (at least a little bit) it's going to take a long ass time (and you're gonna fuck shit up). Shit, you haven't even gotten to the computer, programming and pedals yet lmao. Loving the progress, brah.
I saw the HDMI getting blocked immediately and was like "nooooooo!" I nearly did the same thing when I had to convert a California Speed to an LCD. I caught it RIGHT before installing it, thankfully. I also used the same monitor mount from Amazon.
Hell yeah man, great to see this whole process and how you handle the setbacks like an absolute champ! Super psyched for that first boot! Slapping some force feedback wheels in these bad boys?

Progress looking good! 👍
Love how this is turning out!
This is awesome. Looking at how everything is reinforced, it will be more sturdy than any pre-built kit you could have purchased.
This is so awesome and thank you for showing all the angles and detailing on each step you've taken. This is great! Just Wow!!
