This is so intoxicating. All day long, I have been watching Sonny and Brenda. I am hooked. Their love oozes out like flowing water. It is so real. There is no comparison to this powerful love story. They are magical together as well as beautiful.
LOVE Sonny's PEP TALKS!!! They always lead to him expressing his feelings for Brenda and sweet lil kisses. He BELIEVES in her so COMPLETELY! She left my man wanting MORE!! Aint that the truth!! They had a deep relationship borne out of substance. That's why i hated when people reduced their relationship to being toxic. And then Sonny years after kept saying she was his drug as if it was all bad. He contradicted himself so much in later years that i don't want to watch the scenes

Sonny was his best self with Brenda, she encouraged him, motivated him, elevated him and loved him on a level he never had in his life. Which is why ALL the ABB After Brenda Bishes knows about her even when she's not on scene.
@@MyDymin Yes i realized that is what they did, which takes away from me watching their later scenes. From Sonny's own mouth to the Public during Brenda's 21st birthday party, he told the world the best things in his life are because of her. She challenged him to dig deep within himself to be better, to see the best in people, to be more forgiving as in trying to mend the relationship with his father as an example. She even told him she wouldn't allow him to settle for less re relationships which led to a deep love between them. So it's sad that they focused on this obsession aspect. I saw a scene between Carly and Sonny when Brenda returned in 2002 with Carly nagging Sonny about his love for Brenda and if he loves her as much. Sonny told her he can't help what Brenda and him meant to each other but it was a long time ago. While Carly was going crazy, Brenda was not even checking for Sonny. That speaks volume as to the impact Brenda has and how she takes up space in the minds of All of Sonny's other other other women.....

Chick was so PRESSED about Brenda, Sonny just stood there and not say a word. Then they would have Sonny tell her Brenda couldn't handle his life and he loves his wife. He spent so much time dealing with her emotions towards Brenda. Mind you Brenda had been with gangsters most her life. Alcazar seemed to be way more dangerous than Sonny and Brenda never flinched. Sonny could never handle Brenda and the business at the same time. His problem not Brenda's. He told C**** that Brenda's more addictive than heroin. But he told it as if it was how Alcazar felt.
Sonny and Brenda's relationship wasn't even close to being toxic. The people who said that had no clue what they were talking about. Their relationship was pure love. Now Sonny and Carly's relationship was toxic but never Sonny and Brenda's. Those fans need to go back and rewatch these early Sonny and Brenda scenes cause it proves how non toxic they were.
I def sense some flirting between mo and vm. Its so obvious something was gonna happen or wanted to happen. That part at the end when he grabs her hand and leads her in and she giggles.
damn sonny got scared that she left him here lol. you see he never reacts to carly like that. this dude gets scared when brenda leaves the room. he didn't even notice that carly was missing for 3days last year. lol
I miss these pep talks and him lifting her up they truly built eachother up. It's a shame all his lies and sometimes the way he spoke to her could be down right mean. He always took his anger out on her. She could be ultra sensitive for sure. S&b to the end!!!
