I have some good news for you Candy....I will share a short story. Our handymans wife had the same self destructing behavior as you will know its a continuous struggle as she once told us its psychological. Unfortunately her decision for change was made for her by her heart. She suffered a massive heat attack that did muscle damge to her heart. It changed her overnight as she wanted to live and not live on a chair or mattress as the world outside was never a possibility. 4 years later she with the help of a support group she made the necessary changes for her to live a life she never felt she deserved. She actually goes outside for short walks several times a day and engages with the real world. Melissa never felt better and regrets what she did to herself both physically and emotionally But her happiness surpasses any regret. Just give it chance...just one time

I learned yesterday after not” having chips for 2 weeks. Mind you I haven’t had any kind of sneaker, Hershey bar, Reese’s cup, M&Ms, skittles you name it, in about a year. But yesterday I decided to have a Big bag” of flaming hot fries and a pack of 3in1 chocolate frogs. I can honestly say” I regret. I realize on yesterday, while already actively trying to lose weight, that my decision was just a waste of calories!! chips and candy when you don’t need, it is definitely a waste of calories and unwanted fat” for no reason, that’s it, that’s all, that is the message.

The sad thing about fast food of any kind, is it keeps the body sick and inflamed. My aunt who died from eating, would have the Flu and still eat McDonald's and then wonder why she couldn't recover quickly from being sick.
