Yeah... Thats the thing about Sonic. I don't eat fast food either but I go there for lunch MAYBE once or twice a year when I make the drive to spend time with family because it can be tasty. You are absolutely correct. When I made a lifestyle change a couple of years ago, I thought I’d be excited to eat fast food or junk food as a treat every once in a while but it tastes so much worse than what I remembered. It isn’t nearly as filling or as satisfying as home cooked food. I always thought that healthy eaters said that just convince themselves, but if you cut out fast food for 6 months, you’ll see that it’s true. I feel like I’ve been freed from an addiction that I didn’t even know I had.

I did not have surgery for skin ,I bought and home,,work out bike ,and I take daily small walks around the block ,,to lose the weight ,,it took awhile ,,over years to get in shape ,all natural. I don't watch her videos this the 2 time it's very sad she was in the hospital ,I don't usually talk to any one or write but that's to much food not good for you ,I will bed dead or in the hospital myself,,I do everything ,,on my own ,,of courses friends pushed me checks up now and then it's very scary sand sad

I think she could have stuck with it. She was good for about two months and lost weight and hasn't gained more than 10-12 pounds back. I think she knows she has to stop regaining the weight she lost, but her addiction is leading her along with higher revenues from her mukbangs. I want her to balance these issues out, not feel she has to eat the worst foods for her or even eat all of it to satisfy her feeders. Sorry if I care when others don't.

Try a 7 day water only fast. You'll feel amazing. Just be sure once you end any fast do not eat carbs. Eat a salad sans dressing. I eat a cucumber with a sprinkle of himalayan salt for the first day off my fast. The following day I pick up my regular diet. If you immediately eat carbs after a fast you've done the fast for nothing.
I dont know what she's going to do when she's forcibly confined to a nursing home because she can't look after herself.. She can barely move now and would be considered a high risk danger to herself.. No Mukbangs in a nursing home and it's only then she'll be wishing she treated life with more respect..

I fully concur. The only thing I've gotten at Sonic is flavored water. They have low calorie flavors to add to water like Mango. I enjoy that every once in a while.
I used to weigh 407pounds and was miserable. It was hard to move,walk and breathe when I was that heavy. I now weigh 194 and I'm still losing. She needs help now or she's going to die. I speak from experience. My Dr said if I didn't lose weight and make a change I was going to die.
Probably one of the worst meals I’ve ever seen you have Candy. That slushy and shake probably have enough calories to last you the entire week let alone making the slushy “dirty” by adding extra juice and whatever else. Everytime the same~ Cold drinks gone melted/warm & hot foods went cold/room temperature. That's why, in my own opinion, she couldn't be able to enjoy her foods in it's best. Plus, she kept doing some other things else b4 she started and during eating.

I think she could have stuck with it. She was good for about two months and lost weight and hasn't gained more than 10-12 pounds back. I think she knows she has to stop regaining the weight she lost, but her addiction is leading her along with higher revenues from her mukbangs. I want her to balance these issues out, not feel she has to eat the worst foods for her or even eat all of it to satisfy her feeders. Sorry if I care when others don't.

Try a 7 day water only fast. You'll feel amazing. Just be sure once you end any fast do not eat carbs. Eat a salad sans dressing. I eat a cucumber with a sprinkle of himalayan salt for the first day off my fast. The following day I pick up my regular diet. If you immediately eat carbs after a fast you've done the fast for nothing.
