What a fancy fruit plate! It is beautiful. I've never seen finger limes. How interesting that its made up of all the little balls. I guess regular citrus is actually lots of little globules of juice in membranes, so these tiny citrus would have tinier ones. Their storytelling with their pretty horses is so creative! I love it! And Miss Bossypants Guin telling her sister to "turn around and look at me again!" 😄

I'm so jealous!!! I've never even heard of finger limes! Lucky! Well, the fingers riding the horses, so awesome. I know you as parents, have to do this - you watch them and you're just blown away with what their minds come up with. They've absorbed everything like little sponges. With you both being such good people, careful parents (I remember how hard it was to watch what you say when they're at the parrot stage), great teachers and you're both smart AND have common sense, they are so darned cool! I love watching their reactions. I can almost predict how one will react when the other does something. I want to write down how I see them in 15 years and hide it. The only thing with that is I'll forget where in 6 months.

Yes they have started growing finger limes in California. Similar growing conditions as Australia. I've never seen them b4. And yes the prices online were expensive. 😮

They just eat, the same foods the parents do. Adults make the fussy kids eating. They WATCH YOU...frown, etc. My kids ate everything. We as parents ate everything. You do have to a good cook, not just open a can of green beans, and expect kids to eat it! Both Bartons are good cooks.

They aren't antique, but are hand made. We got them from a company in Lancaster, PA. They're hand made by the Amish and very sturdy and surprisingly the most comfortable wooden chair I've ever sat in!💗💗

I just am stunned the wide variety of foods kids this age eat and enjoy it blowes me away
