I came to know about this truth when I failed to get admission as a medical student. Well , to become a doctor was my call solely. Now as three year degree passout, when I started studying by my own, I came to know lot things were lacking in typical university syllabus. What you are saying is absolutely 100% correct I have face this problem I am currently a student studying in one of the India's renounced school which was named after swami Viveknand , once I was called by the teacher before summer vacation because I was absent for two week after the examination as I had taken some courses in animation as I was interested and I already had given the exam. The teacher called me And I went to school meet the principal , I told him about about my course And the thing he told me that I had scored And in history And when I told him that I couldn't understand what he teaches And also don't have much interest in history subject. The thing he said to me was that it is your problem I don't care, drop your all this whatever you are doing I want you to come regularly And give attendance that all he said And when I said about the problem that I couldn't understand what the teacher teaches the thing that the principle told was that's your problem and asked me to leave he didn't even ask me why I was facing this problem. And I would like to tell you that for the exam I had to watch those educational videos on TH-cam to prepare for the exam as what the teacher teach I and many of my friends couldn't understand and when I used to miss out or couldn't understand I and used to ask any regarding any confusion either they avoid answering together they scold me. And I would also like to tell you that it have learned English language from my tuition and by reading comic and watching English videos and movies.

Yesterday I gave my WBJEE exam, and when I reached home by 5pm, I refreshed and found nothing special about the exam or my whole higher secondary life. I just remember how I avoided going to school and studied at home by myself, still it was not so much progressive, but I was happy. My physics practical teacher told me that there would be police at the time of board practical examination. But there is no wonder that I got an empty face when I saw that there were no cops at all. He (actually the system) exploited us, because not only me but everyone ran behind those practicals more than on those theories. And it ended up with nothing. During examination, I was concerned with my own writing, till my friend called me and told me that sir gave everyone permission to copy from notebook. I was totally in shock for about some seconds straight. Firstly I didn't believed it, but after turning around, you know the rest. This is the worst day of my whole school life I had ever faced. At home I was always scolded me for not studying 6 - 12 hours straight, because I studied 4 hours in a day. I have the urge to be independent and to not to follow up things. That what I am still now. In my opinion, HS students are big enough to make decisions on their own, because we are not kids anymore. However, I am successful to keep myself from those depressing things from my mind. But still everything is not over yet. Many said she got chance in NITs, he got chance in Jadavpur, but I said I really don't care about them, because GOD gifted them something and something else for me, so I will end up at where's my destiny is actually written, not on a place made by thoughts, expectations and hopes.
This is a brief of what my HS life was and how I tackled it.

I studied Cinematography in 2005 which was my own career decision at that time, although my parents wanted me to become a clerk in a bank. But after convincing my parents they gave me an opportunity to explore a new career. In those times for career guidance I used to go internet cafes in cities (internet in rural area was a dream in those days) as that was the only choice apart from some career oriented magazines like Competition Success Review etc. Now after working for more than 17 years in that field I have decided to move on from that profession. As a Student I also believed that the education system should be changed and introduced new techniques, new syllabus. And also need to start providing practical knowledge. Nowadays people have theoretical knowledge but lag in on ground tactics because of lack of practical knowledge.
