Dear 1st understand HQ status and last 2 year performance 2nd Know the old Rxer and reason for stoping 3rd read MR mind set and his working style 4th Always trust on basic i.e 12 Dr. calls and 7 chemist call without compromising and in any situation and ensure 100 customer coverage 5th make some good activity with core dr to take big business 6th do morining reminder to convert KOL for your brands 7th Always be inform your planning to MR means advance TP and clear vision for visit 8th if HQ is on 50 K or more sale Plan do to rural cme.rtm etc to create good image and strong relation with customer 9th keep in touch with kol through whatsapp/personeel wishing 10th Keep motivate and teach team for achieveing target and earn incentive 11th good relation with good stockiest for timely payment to company thats all simple steps
