Rava/semolina - 2 and 1/4cup, 1 tsp instant yeast, 1/2 tsp salt, 4 tbsp wheat flour/maida, 2 tbsp sugar, and for grinding, 3 and half cup lukewarm water/milk, grind well, rest the batter for 45 - 60 mints and u can make delicious appams.....u can have it vt chana curry or chutney of ur choice....veg korma....anything ....
