Yeah, the areas that are reinforced in radials are completely different of that in cross-ply tires, they're basically used for 2 completely different purposes.
The cars having bumpers is a Thing from the Kee engine days. Some cars even still have their old mirrors hiding in the trunk from when those were part of the body. Theres also the 70's Coupe's that have chrome bumpers, further along the list.

hey! first off i would love to see a Archana canpain. i find the extreem budgeting it takes to make a good car there more challenging and i would love to see what someone elce would do as thats where i spend the majoirty of my time in the game. secodly direct acting ohc sucks unless you want to maximaze fuel economy for cheap or lower enginering time. if you compair the same engine with direct acting ohc and ohv systems the ohv system will outperform it and have a lower production cost.
