Great show as always. Loved the recipe with acorn squash and also excited about the shrimp fajitas. I like the fact how you choose to use local ingredients as much as possible. Also it always makes me smile when you use shrimp from the Gulf. I preach that all the time to people. Why do restaurants and individuals always buy imported shrimp that come from Asia that are raised in sewage and pumped up with antibiotics. Because they are cheap. The only catfish I buy are farm raised in the south. When I go in a restaurant and see these big catfish fillet’s they are passing off imported swai as catfish. I can tell the difference when tasting it. Tim, keep up this great show as I always look forward to watching it. I’m hoping you’re able to get your building done so you can do cooking shows with a live audience. We live in Branson , Mo. so we are only about 8 hours away and we will be there for a live show.
