I'm usually bored and disappointed without narration or dialog but this video lacks for nothing. It is so visually impactful it's really sublime. Very nice

What a delight to watch and listen! .. The magical transformation of historical photos into modern ones is amazing. Luxurious interiors and beauty of squares around the palace are fascinating. Happy New Year, dear Nigel! Thank you very much for all your wonderful videos of 2017! Hugs and kisses!

Spectacular video and beautiful music. I do not see any pianos or organs there. V & A were musicians and promoted and performed.

By 1867 Prince Albert was already dead for 6 years and Queen Victoria was still deep mourning.

How did they mow the lawns in the 1800s??

With a lawn mover!! The first lawn mover was invented by an Englishman in 1830.....

Rima Dawson I wondered that with many of the large lawns of the time, I read someplace the White House used sheep. Thank you Nigel Fowler Sutton for the information.

They had a horse drawn lawn mower and it took about two weeks to do all the grounds.
