This will be done by Ethier by Congress Government at Centre as and when will be formed government at centre or present MPs to move Bill in parliament to add provision of recovery in the Law

A Bill to add provision in the Anti Defection Law may be moved by Congress MPs to recover the expenditure incurred to conduct reelection from legislators who switched off his her party without completion of tenure.
