  • Most athletes subconsciously do a make shift cluster set for major lifts without knowing it which might contribute to additional strength and power gains in the weightroom.
    A lot of of football and baseball players will put on to heavy of a load and have to rack it rest, get some shit talked to them by their team and then complete their set. I know thats what I did because I was never going to let a weight beat me lol.
    But seriously clustwr sets are an awesome strategy for improving strength and power dur to maintaining a greater velocity and heavier weight throughout their set.
