If you mean put out a game under the name 'Unity 3D' - how many games has "nVidia" put out, or "frostbite"... It was a nice sentiment that you put forward, but your google-fu still needs training. I'm sure Xen can back me up here - 'Source' probably hasnt made too many games either, but you might find some games built on that engine.
@XeN As someone who has shipped multiple games on multiple platforms there is a WORLD of difference between _building_ an engine and _shipping_ a game. While they share similar deep technical problems the focus is entirely different. Getting the dam thing shipped is a _significantly_ harder problem counter-intuitively. Unity is in the unique position of abstracting common problem from all their users -- they only have to focus on the "tech" side of things and can basically ignore the entire "art" side of things. They _already_ have tons of independent studios "demoing" the engine via all the games that are made with it.
Wow looks amazing. Exactly the type of place id love to work. I'm a software developer student about to start 3rd year (18). Will absolutely be checking out what you guys want from a developer, I absolutely adore unity and the passion to even consider working there is real!!

Working with Unity Engine for quite some time now, I think what they lack is actual game programming experience. All of their higher level systems are just good enough for demos and small projects and break when used in an actual game project. They should stop putting their money into eye-candy demo videos and start to develop at least one AAA Game, just like Unreal does all the time. They would get an idea of the problems people have when using their engine for more than a little demo or a flappy bird style game.
