Well, I've found this lovely song of Hakaine Maiko, and I know that many people don't know about her. She can only do harsh vocals because that's just how her voicebank was designed. Maiko needs more love.

I know its 7 years late but the og UTAU program’s variant is such a pain in the ass to work with, i did find a channel that used open utau to fix her VB’s bs (supposedly) maybe you’ll have better luck with using open UTAU?

I would use maiko as an accompaniment to a different vocaloid. It's very cool screeching very nice voice but doesn't work as well as uh live screeching would. I saw her paired with IA on a song, that worked so incredibly good.
