Those sheds look way better on the inside than I had imagined. You could sleep in there in a pinch. Isn't it fun to say, "We own this now."?

we really didnt pay much attention to those sheds, but they are going to come in handy for sure!
Its hard to believe its ours! I think when we finally get to spend the night on the property it will really sink in

Even though you can’t see it now, within five years of a hurricane coming through your property, any tree that has issues in its roots will die. Just keep an eye out for that. (We are Florida natives)

That is a very good point! I dont think I will ever look at trees the same after this- especially the ones anywhere near the RV site or the sheds

I guess they don’t know that a Scamp isn’t 40’ long. Probably NOT an RV they’re used to down there.
You can always make a pickle ball court 😊

Exciting can’t wait. That lake you walked around sure looks very nice. Is it close to your property?

within about a 20 minute drive there are at least 6 different beautiful lakes & even more if you cross the border into Georgia in the Lake Park area- everyone thinks about the beaches in Florida but there are some great spots inland & they are much more affordable 👍

I googled Madison, looks nice! Better start feeding yourself and Pat a high calorie diet. You have a lot of work to do! Buy Pat a big chain saw for Christmas and a big tractor.

Its a great little town with the "old Florida" feel 😊 One of the future plans is an outdoor kitchen so we have more room for food prep & cooking...and for sure a good chain saw. The tractor will be a long term goal 😂

Curious, why a 1200sq ft RV pad?

haha good question- I was wondering the same thing myself! It is the requirement outlined in the RV site permitting packet from the county

    Solar?

its an option in the future, depending on cost of getting electric hooked up and how things look as we take some trees out & open it up
