Wow! Amala's calm, cool reaction to entering the ice bath is amazing! After doing Wim Hof method 6 years, I can tell you if you haven't trained doing ice baths for years, the average person displays extreme discomfort and stress going into 33 deg. water. Major props Amala! You are amazing!

The world's best recurve shooter will get their ass handed to them by your 1st year experienced compound bow shooter. So stop. As well as any compound bow hunter that shoots a 75 pound or greater bow and has taken a bull Elk or any other large game animal. Personally I have been archery hunting since the 1970's started with a recurve. I have harvested two free range Pope and Young Whitetail bucks in the last six years, in South West Georgia. I also asked if you have ever harvested game with a compound bow.

I absolutely loved this video. What a breath of fresh air from all the troubles going on in the world that you report on all the time. I'd like to see this this formula more often. Just the right combination of entertainment, lifestyle tips and podcast.
A few years ago I was told I could get help with buying a scooter because I have COPD and Asthma. But even though I'm getting on I just couldn't see myself on one of those. So I started eating less. Walking everywhere. Then going out at night when no-one was about and walking between 2 lamp posts then jogging between 2. I will never be like this fella but I can't even imagine being offered a scooter now. Being offered a scooter is a terrible idea. If I wasn't too embarrassed to have one I would be on one now.
My step-father was on oxygen because of the jab, but he wouldn't give up. Now he's jogging his 3 miles daily at 84! Nothing is better than never-give-up
Completely blow-away that you did this. Not in my wildest dreams could I have seen you doing any of this. I was out of my comfort-zone just watching you. My hope is that you keep these sort of things.
