Hi, I have a question. Im a fresh owner of a Q7 from the same year. I was told by the previous owner that the panorama sunroof should be cleaned by a compressor and will work like new. The issue was that the sunroof opened but did not want to fully close, so it was closed somehow manually in the service (just for now). However, I sent the car to the carwash to get it properly cleaned and they told me (it was a rainy day) that the A-pillars are wet both drivers and the passengers. Was it done by the sunroof when they were fixing it back to place or this issue may had been there for a longer time? Thanks
