Thing is I can /totally/ believe there are people out there who think like this who will go to extreme lengths to beg and steal and even hurt people anything other than an honest day's work. And they would /totally/ blame their victims with excuses like "They shouldn't even notice or care", "they've got plenty", or "we need/deserve it more." Like it doesn't matter how much they have when it's /their/ money. The moment she claimed to be in your home, if you were smart, you would have cameras set up in your home and would have been able to see her walk in before she even texted you, unless you wanted her to get into more trouble by not asking her so why do I not see you on the security cameras in my home, sis? That would have told your sister that she was in the wrong house and have her like freaking out in trying to get everything right before the cops arrived, summoned by you after you figured out that she was in your new home but your old one, so the cops would have pulled up the moment that you basically told her that she's in the wrong house and if you look out the window, you will see the cops coming up to the door so you better answer the door and tell them the truth and go no contact with her and tell your folks to forget about their other daughter since she broke into a house thinking it was mine, they both deserve to be in jail for a few months.
