It is! It's one of my favorite features of SI (which you can configure on/off). You can hear live calls from other players, but also archived live calls for the airspace you're in. When I fly in my home field airspace, for example, it's filled with radio chatter from other players who've flown there previously, so it makes it feel alive.
It's my real aviation headset, Lightspeed Delta Zulu, connected via a Flight Solo GA adapter. The other headset linked in the video details is a MSFS mod that replaces the in-game headset with David Clarks.
Probably my favourite GA aircraft in MSFS followed by the SF50 and the default TBM! Nice job!
