    Have a mini bike at home and ready to amp up your leisurely ride for some high intensity cardio? Take this mini bike HIIT workout for a spin! Join Sunny Trainer Sydney as you complete 10, 40-second-high intensity intervals with 0:20 seconds of rest between each. Adjust your resistance as you feel fit to your fitness level, you can always work up to a resistance of 6 or higher as you get stronger.

      This is a great cardiovascular workout that can be used for weight loss, and to strengthen and tone muscles in your lower body. We'd like to note, that spot reducing fat in specific areas isn't possible, and some people lose fat in some areas faster than others. However, it is possible to achieve fat loss while using a routine like this regularly! We recommend repeating this routine a few times through as you get stronger and fitter to continue to challenge your cardiovascular fitness, and burn even more calories.

      Hi, I'm thinking of buying a one too but I'm kinda skeptical, I'm trying to lose weight especially in my thighs and legs area so I thought about the whole bike but when I searched online I found about the mini one, was it worth it? Or how was your experience with it and do you recommend me to buy a one too?? I'm afraid that it won't help me losing weight -ofc having following a healthy diet

      @@tt7762 I love the mini bike, but unfortunately the bike alone won't be anough for an actual weight loss. You will need to implement a calorie deficit diet plan.

    Just bought a peddler, not as good as yours, but it works. I am 77 will be 78 in December and let me tell you, I am sweating my head off, great workout, thank you :)

    I ordered the exercise bike on January 7th and it arrived on February 12th. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxzg0clhbtRf2gGxPkVETFKJJKGqdsorQu The box must have been tossed around quite a bit because one whole side of the styrofoam was destroyed, and the other side foam was cracked. The Two zip ties holding the handlebars had broken loose and handlebars were loose in the box. There are two small holes in the foam on the right side of the handlebars, I guess from rolling around inside the box. Assembly was straight forward and easy. I am 6 ft 5 in 220 lb and the handlebars and seating positions fully adjustable and work great, I'm getting full leg extension. The noise level is very, very low and acceptable. The adjustment knob for the pressure on the flywheel works well also. The exercise bike is very well made, sturdy and easy move around. This is my first exercise bike and will keep me in shape over the winter. Update 3/19/21: when removing the sticker from the wheel, make sure you remove any sticker glue also. I thought mine was clean but I was getting a slight noise from the glue. Once cleaned off, its super quite. Also the monitor didn't work, tracked it down to the pickup device wasn't in the hole. Once I moved in the hole, it works fine. Do NOT put it in until it touches or it will damage the pickup.

    I'm just starting and my first time I did two hours and my knees got sore… Actually I was using it to fix my sore knees but do you think I did too much? I was in pain for the next two days trying to let my legs I don't know he'll I guess today I only used eight minutes and I had a rest in between… The stupid magnetic exercise paddler to me feels so good to use I find it addictive. Anyway I gave you a thumbs up. I noticed you only did 40 seconds a break and then again and again it was interesting thanks I'm learning

    Great video! I want to use this workout for weight loss. Questions: Can you use this for more than 20 minutes a session like an hour, what name is this exercise on the Google fit app, and can you also stand on this bike to peddle? I know some bikes you can sit and stand. Thank a million.

    I love mine, but how do I know how many calories I’ve burned and how far I’ve paddled? I can’t understand the printout.

The calorie count will as well but is just an estimated average, which will vary based on your height, weight, age, gender, workout intensity, etc. For a more accurate calorie estimate, we recommend using a fitness tracker, or an MET calculator.

      A full-sized bike will increase your range of motion, activate more muscles, and increase your heart rate - which would make it a better overall workout between the two. But this mini bike is convenient, portable, and much better for small spaces and budgets. Whichever is better for your space and needs is the best for you!

    Hey just got this. I’m a 30 year old with pretty strong legs and I find the resistance level, even at the highest, isn’t good enough for me. I’m just wondering if maybe mine was put together wrong. I can definitely tell a difference between levels 1 and 10. Do you feel the same way?

      If you have one with a belt tightener then it's normal for it to be "weak", but if it is magnetic then you might have to return it.

    Is a regular recumbent stationary bike better than mini bike?

      The movement is very similar and can create a similar effect in your exercise routine, but your muscles will be activated to a higher degree with a recumbent bike since the pedal rotation and thus overall movement is generally larger. With a recumbent bike, you also get the benefit of a supportive seat, handlebars, and adjustable inseam for a more comfortable workout experience.

      It always changes depending on the person and the BPM average you held during that time. on average you can burn 50-100 calories for every 10 minutes of exercise you do.
