This is a good jig, thank you for sharing this. With this simple built using wood it completely removes the problem of not having a fancy costly 3d printer. Your ideas are well targeted at people who cannot afford costly machines to built on their own.

Over engineered unnecessarily fancy and impractical except for the part where he uses them which is just as possible with cheaper alternatives. I love his production quality and the ingenuity but NOTHING about his jigs in this video are INEXPENSIVE. SORRY. His other videos yes. Especially the router jigs but. Nope. Not this one.

На мой дилетантский в столярке взгляд, если не способен перпендикулярно в пласть просверлить глухое отверстие 20-кой без направляющих, лучше не заморачиваться со сверлением дерева впринципе. В металлической пластине просверлить отверстие не перпендикулярно плоскости - нужно ещё постараться.

if you are skilled enough to make those jigs, you probably dont need them that much:). On a mote serious note, why on earth manufacturers dont design them with a flat reference face and a couple of threaded inserts? Almost like they dont want the tools to be too useful.

Производителям инструментов давно пора наладить выпуск моделей с подобными корпусами. Тогда и не потребуется ломать голову, как ровно отпилить или просверлить деталь
респект! мне кажется, что каждый инструмент должен иметь подобную направляющую выполненную на своем корпусе! я бы на месте автора подал на получение патента!
Лучше бы такие вещи на 3д принтере напечатать и опубликовать под видео, а направляющие можно так же сделать, было бы гораздо полезнее. Но за видео всё равно спасибо.
Идея для дилетантов. На 2-38 виден результат. Если не можешь засверлить по разметки, накернить нужно. Не можешь и так, вертикальный сверлильный есть. Или дремель с патроном на 6 и площадкой . Перфикционизм конечно это хорошо в столярке, но в меру. Удачи и положительного опыта персонажу.
Да уж, времени и сил надо потратить не мало. На мой взгляд быстрее и точнее будет, по форме отлить в пластике. Да и коммерчески выгоднее потом предлагать свое изделие, на данную модель шурика

Because Tool "designers" are either A) Too dumb and incompetent, and never use the tools themselves, or B) The tool manufacturers do not want us to replace their expensive bench tools with this type of brilliant solution!

ドリルの上の形状を工夫すれば、それだけでこんな作業ができるんだ。これはメーカーが真似するべき。
これを見たあとだと、電動ドリルの形状が丸い事のほうが「なんで？」って思えてくる。
