Here is one of two Isuzu FTR New Way rear loaders at the local WM yard. Seen here is one collecting recycling as a spare to the Autoreach. Thanks to the crew. Enjoy!
Damn, nice one! Interesting to see that they went with a narrow model, they must anticipate using this in some tight places. It’s also interesting to see those tail lights mounted on the edges of the hopper, I wonder how long they’ll last. Super weird seeing this from WM but it looks badass at the same time!
I didn’t think about this being a narrow model when I filmed it but now that you mentioned it I totally see it. They do have quite a bit of tight stuff that they get with this so it does make sense to go with something smaller. Lol, probably just another regular maintenance item. Thanks for the comment!
I checked out the tag a few months ago and this is a 2019 or 2020 and I recall seeing it in the yard about a year ago. I am going to guess that WM is the original owner.
Awesome video I like this rear loader truck. This truck has a quiet engine to be honest with you.
Thanks Matthew! It sure does

Awesome
Thanks
How many yards or cbm is this truck compactor?
What a neat little truck! Are they short on trucks that they need to send an RL as a spare or is there a specific reason they sent an RL?
They sure are… WM/AD here has been really low on trucks and employees so they are using everything they have to get everything done.
They get rid of the Freightliner new way?
They actually had this when you came down! I actually saw that truck we filmed somewhat recently so I think they still have it.
Who was the original owner of this?
