    I feel like that is a really good sized room for Japan.

    Thank you for this review! I'm looking into booking this place for my next trip. Random question but what app do you use to make those graphics on the map? Thanks!

      I’m happy you liked it. I used After Effects and the free version of Mocha it came with for these.

    Thank you for the clarification on the New South Exit, I never knew you could just cross on over from that exit to Hyatt. I'm wondering if we should always just aim for the New South Exit Entrance/Exit (seems more direct and less walking) than doing what Hyatt has suggested on their own website even for the other metro lines like the Ginza Line (essentially Hyatt says to go Sakura Stage Building->Shibuya Stream Building->Shibuya Scramble Building via all the above-ground walkways).

    • @DeloBrown
      @DeloBrown 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Also to access the New South Gate overpass, do you need to tap your IC card to use it? For example I am at the Lawson across from the New South Gate Exit, can I use this overpass to go to Hyatt or do I have to walk to Shibuya Stream->Shibuya Sakura Stage (essentially taking a detour north then west then south via directing just going west) to Hyatt.

      I think it all depends on the situation. If we ended up on the Yamanote Line the New Southgate Exit would be the best.
      But if you’re coming off of the Ginza line you’d probably only want to travel through the train station and exit New South Gate if it was really cold or something. But you’re still going to have to walk a bit from Ginza no matter what.
      I regards to using the Shibuya overpass, I think you have to take the detour through Shibuya Stream or you’d have to use your IC card, but I’m not 100% on that part, so please let me know if I’m wrong about that.

    We are arriving into HND at 8:30 pm after a 9 hr flight from Hawaii. Do you know how long it will take by train to the HP? I’m guessing we will arrive after 10:30 pm, would there be anything open for us to eat?

    • @DanielandAliciaTravel
      @DanielandAliciaTravel  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I’m not sure about the time to HP, but I can say when things closed, we would always lean on a convenience stores like 7/11 or Lawson’s. We got things like Onigiri 🍙, hot plates, and crème brûlée ice cream (too many times). The quality of food in the convenience stores was pretty shocking initially, so I think that’s a good thing to have in mind if it’s late and you want to get something that’s easy.

      That’s unfortunate they are still having that issue. I know they trouble finding it when we were there as well. It’s a bit of a bummer because I really thought it was great hotel outside of it being hard to find.

    any good places to eat around there for dinner?

    • @DanielandAliciaTravel
      @DanielandAliciaTravel  หลายเดือนก่อน

      I will say there are ton of places to eat, but we only ate at one spot by the Hyatt House. That was Tengu Bar Shibuya West. You order with your phone so that gave us some time to translate things. If you’re not getting service and don’t speak Japanese I wouldn’t recommend it though. It was lively, and a little really enjoyed the Yakatori and High Balls. We ate a more than a few different kinds and I enjoyed them all.
