Sorry if you don't take criticism well but here goes anyway. If you're doing a video what's the idea behind merely reading the words without showing the viewer something?
For example, if you say the NEO is quiet, why not show how quiet it is by placing a sound meter display near a running unit? If you say that the NEO has a rocker, why not show it in action while doing a sprint? If you say how accurate it is (while reading, incorrectly, the math notation that's written on the specs) why not show its watts readout while comparing it with a known and highly accurate watt metered device, perhaps explaining that the pedal mounted device may read higher wattages due to friction losses in the drivetrain (the chain, etc.)?

I ended up buying a Neo 2T and was all excited about using the best smart trainer you can buy. But I didn't like it! I sent it back and got a refund.
The main thing I didn't like... on a slight descents and the Neo was doing it's motorised freewheeling bit (which I did like), when I wanted to go faster and started pedalling, there was no resistance on the trainer and I was just spinning in fresh air. It did catch up eventually but I was going up an ascent then and it was like hitting a brick wall as it fed the % gradient in pretty quick. No good on rolling hills, which I like.
I don't know if mine was faulty or not but I expect perfection when I pay £1200 for a trainer. I'm sticking with my wheelon Elite Tuo for now and will leave the direct drive 'upgrade' for a couple of years.

I have the Tacx Neo (original) and do feel resistance on the downhills when I shift to a smaller rear sprocket and the large chainring. Perhaps you forgot to do the same things one does on their bicycle when going downhill?

@@lazurm I ride a bike the same way on a trainer as I do outside. As far as I can remember it just wasn't working properly. The Tuo I had went pop in the end after 2 weeks so sent that back.
I ended up buying another Wahoo Kickr in the end... the V5. I've had it over 12 months with no problems and it feels/rides as good as the V2 Kickr I had a few years earlier 😁

Have you tried a later Neo like the 2T? Would be good to hear what you think.

The margin of error is LESS than 1 %. Hey Pedaler, it's time to bone up on your math symbols literacy. ;)
