Hey Mark, Good catch! I started out with 6" allthread pieces and cut them down to 4" leaving the 1/2" on both sides of the block. Thanks for pointing that out and keeping me honest!
Where did you get the circle templates? Those are cool to have!
Hey Mark - a friend of mine made those from his CNC but I'm sure they sell them on amazon.

6" allthread will leave 1.5" on each end of your 3" block, not 1/2"!!
