Kids got so much potential it's crazy everyone gave up on him already but forget kids played 26 games his whole career give him 4 years he gonna be putting up 20 and 10 count on it

If you’re a guard who struggles with shooting and without elite athleticism it won’t be a good time
When his shot starts going down consistently he’s gonna be a problem. Now that the Pistons got the 1st pick and are probably taking Cade, I hope it doesn’t mess up his development because they both need to have the ball in their hands. Actually I think Killian has better passing ability than Cade, but Cade just seems like that player that leads a team to victories.
They both can share play making and take the pressure off one another. Cade should also be able to dish out to Killian and get him better looks as a scorer
I don't think they have big egos, so I think they'll be insane together. They might end up becoming the best NBA backcourt (takes massive sip of Cool-aid)

@@crarazy I agree and I'm sipping that same Koolaid. Has there ever been an NBA backcourt of that size where both players were primary ball handlers? I can't remember a single one. If Hayes can shoot 45%FG and let's say 36% 3PT then that backcourt becomes even deadlier. Because both players can draw fouls and make free throws. If you surround them with other shooters, watch out. Then you have pick and roll dunks, pick and pop makes, kick outs for three. The Pistons were 22nd in three point percentage and 24th in field goal percentage. If they go to middle of the pack in both they will win games.
He gonna be good in a few years..watch and see!!

Here's a little tidbit of a comparison of Hayes to a guy I think he looks a little alike. These are their rookie stats: (?) 33.8 MPG, .385% FG, .272% 3PT, 69% FT, 5.4 RPG, 7.7 APG, 1.9 SPG, 11.7 PPG. (Killian) 25.8 MPG, .353% FG, .278% 3PT, 82% FT, 2.7 RPG, 5.3 APG, 1 SPG, 6.8 PPG. Neither player set the world on fire with their shooting in their rookie season. Both played pretty decent defense and assisted well. Can you guess who the player is? Answer: Jason Kidd.
Bro droppin knowledge of these people and Kidd split rookie of the year on those numbers by the way.

Dinwiddie would've been a solid trade asset if they waited for more picks. Hes not a player that moves the needle

He needs to work on his confidence and consistency from behind the line, as well as his right hand at the rim, plus at times he becomes too eager to move the ball instead of take advantage of good scoring opportunities which leads to turnovers, but his talent as a playmaker is there as well as a shot creator, plus he’s shown serious glimpses as a defender. He’s basically a giant unpolished ball of talent with some nice shiny spots already, but some serious rough spots as well. If he puts in the work the sky is the limit for him without question. He reminds me of a sort of Chris Paul, tony Parker, James harden esk hybrid assuming he’s able to become consistent with his side steps/step backs on the perimeter. His ability to create mid range shots and floaters at will is there, and he’s got nasty footwork on the perimeter, he’s just gotta figure out how to put the ball in the hoop at will.

Honestly he doesn’t have to be the guy on offense as long as he is respectable as a shooter I can see averages of 13ppg 3rpg 7apg on 43-36-85 splits which is solid for cades point guard

He can absolutely become a elite pg in this league but its far from certain he will its going to take alot of work but he can be one of the better guards in this league
Do you know what the word elite means? There aren’t many elite PG’s in the league. He’ll probably be a role player let’s be real here. Irving, lillard, curry, fox those are elite PG’s and I don’t see Hayes coming close to any of them.
Hoping he makes a jump next season. This season I saw him miss a lot of layups because he put them off the glass too hard

Didn’t see much of Killian this past season, but I can see him as like a D.Russel type of player. I feel he maybe could play on/off the ball with Cade and maybe when Cade out the game he can be the primary ball handler also he could be the 6th man.

Thing is that D lo can score. Hayes struggles on that aspect. I think Hayes is a future 6th man which is good where he was picked (7th).

This video is about 12 minutes too long. Hayes is trash. Weaver has done a horrible job setting this team up for both the short and long term. Hopefully they don't ruin cade and weaver gets fired after this season so a real GM can get hired and not some dude who rode Prestis coattails into a job.
Hayes didn't play all that well. If he does not show a big improvement by this fall, he is going to find himself in the G-league. He often loses concentration, he telegraphs bad passes, he has limited ability to handle the ball and create his own offense. He did play some pretty good defense but a Point Guard in the NBA has to be able to handle the ball and be able to score especially late in the game. Hayes just hasn't shown much. Sometimes he has flat stunk the place up.

@@ExposeEmChris Isiah Thomas made the All-Star team his rookie season. HIS ROOKIE SEASON, DUDE. Hayes didn't do squat. I hope he comes alive. I am a Pistons fan after all. But Hayes is a sleep walker so far. If the Pistons get Cunningham or Suggs, Hayes will soon be fry man at McDonalds.
All Killian needs to do is make the right reads on offense, take care of the ball, hit the open man, hit the open 3 and play defense. anything more is just bonus. I don't expect him to be an all star. he just needs to be a solid role player next to grant and whoever we take in this draft.
