I was also very frail and weak when I got admission in university in summer vacation i started Gym as time passed i started to notice results and then people started noticing too the self confidence that thing gave me was unexplainable. people who used to mock me for appearence , Now started asking for guidence how groom them like me. Everyone's attitude changed specially girls of my class plus health benfits of excercising are always there being an asthma patient I have never been sick anymore due to increased resistance and strength in body.
Cba is right about good lookiing people they get advantage everywhere in every sort of field thats a sad truth. But because we live in such a society we have to improve and groom ourselves for our own better lifestyle ❤
