It seems like the firmware needs to be reloaded. You will have to contact Ohaus or your local distributor to have it serviced. You can ship it to us for diagnostics or repair

It is suggested to use a grinder and distribute the sample evenly on the dish, to achieve accurate and repetitive results.

hi. I have a ohaus mb90 moisture analyzer. it gets stuck on *initialyzing moisture application* and doesnt enter the weghing mode. what should i do?
