We are working on Ohaus MB 120 , The problem is it does not booth , when its pluged to power the display will with human picture like a diver on the screen, i tried to reinstall the eepro in the process after adding the S/No , the Model No. it will request for Write Image file. thats the issue now we cant see the image file file through browse. please how can we get the write image file?

Hello, you must contact Ohaus to get the image file. They will send you a file to upload.
