    Thanks Dave for these great tips! I have never tried the one side sit method before, but now I will give it a shot next ride. I don't lock the brakes prior to entering the trike, but I do use my thumbs and fingers on each hand to hold the brake levers on, in order to achieve the same effect (my fingers are behind each grip, and my thumbs are what actually apply the brake levers).

    Like your third method best.
    Both tadpoles and deltas here.
    On a delta sit side-saddle, swing one leg over frame, while seated.
    Even doable to/from a wheelchair on a delta trike!
