Man, I know 4's coverage had its problems (cutting to the 3:20 at Newmarket and they never seemed comfortable with it getting in the way of Hollyoaks) but man did the coverage and presentation have character. I like what Sky do for cricket but I've never grown to love the coverage like I did with 4.
"Blow it out yer orse, Mork..."
20 secs of Richie Benaud Gold towards the end 👌🏻👍 My God Richie was a voice from heaven 💎❤
Let's start with the dressing rooms: are they painted blue? white? green?
What kind of wood are the benches?
I think they are definitely pine, we can expect that here at The Oval.
Cricket coverage really did reach its peak with Channel 4 who deserved this brilliant series. BBC coverage was always bumbling and incompetent but the real disappointment is the regression into shocking amateurism of the current SKY coverage - Atherton is good and Hussain and David Lloyd are brilliant but Gower has no real ability as an anchor (certainly compared to Mark Nicholas) and Botham and particularly Holding are endlessly tedious and repetitive. The masterclasses are great but because SKY has the sense to use the excellent Ward, Atherton and Hussain to do them.
Luckily for you Gower and Botham have both retired.
@Analog TV Bloody feminist.take this idiot 🖕🖕🖕.Cricket is a man's game And in particular if Mens game is going on only Men's should be commentator.I dont about u and Your cousion but sure you are a feminst.
@@GryphLane feeling sad.Gower was brilliant and beefy wasnt bad.But Now people like isha gua 😠😠😠.
Ashes last claimed by England at the Oval in 1953 says Mark Nicholas??? That's not true ... in 1985 Australia held the Ashes and England led 2-1 going into final test at Oval and England won the match to regain the Ashes.
Botham's Ashes what they call correct ? Or was it in 1981 ?
@@iammodestykazi6914 1981 Was Botham's Ashes, but England had already sealed them. The Oval was a dead rubber.
Thanks ! 👍
