I have all of the other Wurkkos TD series, so I will probably get this one also eventually. An SFT40 in 5k is great.
I agree! Nice tint and refreshing to see. Most of my flashlights are 6000K+ so it’s no to have a change.

It's a bit big for my preference but the design is nice!
4000k-5000k is the sweet spot for tint!
Beam looks awesome, you are right that it's balanced, good for close-up in low modes and throws a lot when you need it!

Is there quick access to turbo from the back button (turn on)
Good question. You can access turbo with a quick double press of the tail switch.
Can you get turbo by a quick double press of the tail switch like on the TD04?
I found the answer in the manual, which I downloaded from Wurkkos
Press tail switch and release it to turn the flashlight off, meanwhile to unlock power on lock
status. Press the side switch to cycle through Eco-Low-Medium-High. Double click the side switch to active turbo mode, one click back to the previous mode. Flash Mode:
Fast triple click the tail switch to active strobe mode, triple reclick to cycle Strobe-SOS; Single
click back to previous mode, double click enter turbo mode.

Yes, 2x press of the tail switch or side switch will get you turbo.
It's beam seems like the TD03. Does TD05 throw farther than TD03 ?
Good question. I don’t have experience with the TD03 to say for sure, but the beam profile on it looks to be a little more broad based on the pictures I found.
@@PardonMyEnglish I have a TD03 they look identical (beam), there's a big hotspot in the middle. TD03 is more of a thrower with some spill broad beam. My Sofirn sp35T is all the way wide (flood) beam no spot in the middle. I haven't watched other TD05 videos yet to know the truth. Anyways thanks for the reply.
TD03 353m throw, TD05 373m.. advertised anyway 🤔

they should replace their side switches to metal instead of rubbers..they always upgrade their products but not their side switches..
