QUESTION OF THE EPISODE: Now that you've seen both, what's your opinion on the forgotten/tainted forgotten? Are you Team Forgotten or Team Tainted Forgotten?
Personally, I love the unique gameplay of the tainted Forgotten! it's a good way to play aggressively, while staying safe without having to deal with the micromanaging that comes with switching between forgotten/soul every 2 second.

I'm team forgotten mainly because I haven't unlocked holy mantel so if I have to eccercise caution
Team Forgotten all the way, just feels less restrictive to play as
I feel like the regular forgotten is a perfect mix of melee attacks with some synergies and normal tears and their effects. And I also hate the way range works on tainted forgotten.
Im team forgotten all the way up here. He is just too unique and versatile. He reminds me of Mage-Knight build for a character in RPGs. If you can play your cards right and manage your resources, you can whack someone in melee and blast someone from far away if needed(+other utility of magic)
I can see why someone may not like it, but he is just my favourite character to enjoy the game as.

That Lamb fight was probably one of the most satisfying fights ive seen on this channel. Simple hack and slash victory. Loved every second of that!

Curse of the maze. Sin covers the floor and curse title rapidly, but if you look at just under the map and above the items display, there's a little purple helix symbol which shows that it's curse of the maze. Blind is a question mark, unknown is a heart, etc.
That was one of the more beautiful brimstone synergies I’ve ever seen at the end
Tainted forgotten is one of my favorite tainted characters! his playstyle is extremely different and the amount of amazing synergies you can have that you usually dont use in regular runs like e coli and midas touch for example makes it even more fun.

haven't watched your vids in a year or more and forgot how freaking entertaining they are.
Depression seems like it's good on Tainted Forgotten, since you throw it at enemies and it can trigger holy light much easier.
The best part of the run: how much you enjoyed doing it. You even forgot you already had beaten Hush as T. Forgotten.

Forgotten and Tainted forgotten act the same with anti-gravity. When you attack it leaves a damage aura or crescent that deals damage once per enemy when they make contact with it 🤘
After seeing both forgotten and tainted forgotten I’m definitely gonna have to go with tainted forgotten. While normal forgotten is very unique with the melee ability I love how you can throw the forgotten’s body into a horde and wipe it out while taking minimal to no damage

I enjoy the regular forgotten more as he has more ways to deal damage and also stay safe. T forgotten is strong, but all of the defense goes to the forgotten instead of the soul.
When cards are replaced by pills, the Fool in the marked skull always turns into a telepill. So you have that guaranteed way to get out after the foot fight.
Gotta love it when sin gets hit by something he shouldn’t have or something silly and he just goes silent, then that long sigh 😅 good run sin!

Hey Sin! so if you use the 'R' key after a victory lap, it actually takes away the ability to add to donation machines just like you can no longer get any marks for killing bosses after a victory lap.

I've been noticing that the game is giving a lot more cursed floors lately. This week I also got 3 curses of the blind in one of my runs, and the others were not much better either. What gives? Is it because is October? Does that have any weight on the seeds?

Hello everybody, so Today the donation machine went from 350 to 351 and then to 350 again, maybe R keyboard is kinda bugged and you can still not donate as if it was a victory lap so yeah, happy almost weekend

I tried to like Tainted Forgotten, I really did. I just think the method of dealing damage is highly clunky and unintuitive and how literally defenceless the soul is at the best of times just makes the character not so fun for me.
So for me I'll have to go with regular Forgotten, I love the melee attacks in particular, but also really like the versatility and tactical options on offer with the ability to switch between body and soul.
Can you just do victory laps forever?
No, after a certain point the game will remove more and more items, so eventually you will die
