Tainted maggy isnt the best thing sure gives hp to everyone and defeats crowds easily but its not as great as theese 4 I dont agree on azazzel being the best tho the early run azazzel sucks Cuz of range maybe thats just me Well it would be great early game carry too in coop
Honestly any damage dealer in S such as T. Judas, T. Bethany, T.Eve, etc could replace Azazel. I just put Azazel there because he has consistent damage and is the least gimmicky out of them

@@Side_N0te It doesn't really matter if you are fragile or not, since the only reason t lost is there is because of his ability that widely helps other players and does a good synergy with t isaac's ability. Isaac 's d6 can only reroll the items in the current room, and that's even if you get enough chrages to get multiple rolls. T lost on the other hand has a chance to passively reroll every item on the floor if you hit the 20% chance on all quality 2 and lower items you see.

Honestly I'd replace T. Lost with Isaac since "better items" basically means "no HP ups or revives"
Better items actually means quality 0-2 items have a 20(maybe 30 i forgot)% chance to reroll
