Multiple Pivot Tables and Pivot Chart with very Simple Macro

  • Pivot Tables are very popular among Excel users! In this tutorial I show you how to create multiple Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts then switch between them by using a very simple Macro. You will then be using Excel in an impressive presentation style.

    Remember, after creating macros you cannot save the Excel file in a .XLSX format, you need to save it as a Macro enabled Excel file with .XLSM format

    A wonderful..Empty cells cause a problem in the Pivot Table and appear in print that I want to cancel or not show

    Nabil , that’s amazing , could you please create food cost calculator , showing margin and cost % with a pie chart . That’s will be helpful.

      Officeinstructor appreciate the fast reply,i dont have any raw data in hands, but can be a simple example for food recipes, like tabouleh
      With drop down list for kg, grams exc.
      And to make it more attractive we will add reset button, tank you much and keep up the great lovely lessons .

    Great tutorial. I got so much out of it!
    Do you have any idea why I get error's for my Macros if i use any kind of Pivot Table in them? I've followed every step you showed in this video but when running the macro I've just recorded I get error '424' or '5' and the Pivot Table doesn't look right.

      Select any cell in the Pivot Table and hit Alt + F1
