Mengsk is the most op, his ability to affect the next wave is unmatched. Es having such low cd on abilities and poa having 2 charges of yamato and blink is so bs. Vorazun is probably second due to +2 range on voids Arbiter fenix is op early, you get your opponent to commit to anti ground then switch to mass air, boom they're dead
That Mengsk bio ball would be good vs solely other bioballs. Which means ONLY non-armor Stuvov, Raynor Bio, Small Zerg, and Zealot/High Templar. It's so Niche. Not even worth
