we got ours to work
the corner without the plastic is where you put the plunger on. The ice sags and when you press the plunger the ice tray is twisted and the ice cubes fall out. Love your style girl. Happy holidays to you!!!

You're doing it right but the product isn't as shown! I just got mine and I'm having the same problem. It's not as nice and easy as they show you and it doesn't fit as well as the video
I've had mine for about a month and never used it yet. I was just trying to do a "dry run" to to see how to use it without ice first and it was weird. (that's how I got to this video). But watching another video, I found the key.
There are the 3 lips around the casing (in which you pointed out). Place the corner of the ice tray UNDER the lip diagonal from the space with no lip (the other two corner will be on top and your button should be at the area of the blank space) then literally PRESTO. I still have to try in for real now
Ooooo that's cool I didn't think to look anything up lol well sure let's see if u can do it once u get it on the go lololol hopefully u got it but I don't think it will it's the way it's just pure ice and hard plastic I just buy the already made ice and use the box from this ice press lolol sure let us know if u did get it working
I just put a tray in the freezer and probably will try it out some hours from now. About to get some sleep first
Believe it or not, it worked perfectly. I turned the tray over, put on the lid, pushed the button...ALL OF THE ICE DROPPED OUT WITH EASE. It was just like the video you showed on you phone.
