With a gol gappa which is not gol (round) and is so big that one cannot put it in mouth without breaking is dumb. If you have to break a gol gappa to eat it then what is the point of making a gol gappa, then simply put fried flour piece in your mouth and then out chickpeas and then the water.
These are just showcase food. These are not what is to be served normally. One could waste fees seconds of life while looking at them and then move on, one should not do a crime of trying to serve them at food outlets

Well i need to say that eating with hands is good, nothing wrong there but eating wildly like *that* is yucky. It's our culture to use the hand while eating. And some indian foods are not there to experiment, we enjoy it just the way it is. Like Oreo pakoda and things like that makes no sense.

To be honest with you, I have seen for real people are actually doing this in the name of business. If health/food inspectors were shown this Most questionable video they would reach for the sky in terms of INSANITY. On a scale of 1 to 10 Hygiene level is below ZERO!!!!!! One of the many reasons why most people hesitate in eating at such food stalls where they don't even have the confidence that the vendor is genuine in hygiene and because of such poor hygienic environment people get serious health related issues. I watched the above video for humor but to be honest I am shocked. I am loss for words because such irresponsible behavior is seen around the world. One of the many reasons why people prefer to eating at high end restaurants/eateries is mainly to avoid such disastrous situations. If the required attention were given to hygiene people would go to such places without having any fear. It is sole responsibility of such a vendor to do the needful 🤚👨🍳👌

I think the point of this video is that changing the size, name and complete taste of the already known food will not make a big change...They can't be called inventions...
Layering different flavours of ice cream and cake can work but layering Gol gappa(pani puri) is similar to layering 3-4 hot dogs and serving them...At the end of the day it is just a hot dog upon a hot dog upon a hot dog...

I think you like some of the dishes because you don't have an emotional connection with that food, for you its just food.
But for me its like molestation of my favourite dishes.
I like onion and potato fritters ( not just any veggies ) served with green chutney🤤 not with some ice-cream 😥
