Reel Obsession I grew up in Clare and later moved to Gaylord. We would ride our snowmobiles from home, whichever it may be, spend the day on the ice with all the festivities and then ride home at night it was awesome. I always loved ice fishing. I don’t know if we rented or borrowed fishing equipment, but we were already dressed for it, so fishing was not a problem. Always loved time with my Dad, some of my best memories. Again, thanks for sharing !
okay im scared, i am moving from arkansas where we get crappy slabs and moving to houghton lake. you were saying not bad to some that were palm size, i can only assume crappy suck in michigan?
Back in the 60's Tip Up Town was a blast. 4 feet of ice. Semi trucks on it selling hot chocolate. It looked like a huge campground on the ice. And most of the fish were big. Nice video, but if this is what it is now. I'll pass. - Joe
