What would happen if you were all the way at the bottom and it changed? Would you bounce up and out or would you just die

@@zanmolecules4105 You take damage everytime you touch the lava. Being caught at the bottom would result in instant death.
I do wonder about the penguin NPCs tho. Either they die by touching the lava and crash everything or just not care at all and swim in it
