In cooking adobo may I suggest you season them first & wait for a few hours (preferably overnight) before you cook them. Your marinade will be: vinegar, soy sauce, crushed garlic & pepper corns, 3-4 pcs. of dried bay leaf. Balance the vinegar and soy sauce. Putting too much vinegar will make the adobo sour and putting too much soy sauce will make it salty. Adjust sauce to your taste & the number of pork or chicken meat to be cooked. Do not put salt because the soy sauce will act as your salt. Place everything in a pan or pot & cook everything with the marinade & adding a little water to soften the meat. Pork usually takes more time to tenderize than chicken. As the sauce evaporates try to put some oil to fry the meat. Most enjoyable when eaten with steamed rice.

I am also happy with your children that they are not picky eaters; no matter what you feed them that is local food, they really eat it. This Filipino dish is also good when you put an egg or a quail egg. It is also delicious when a little sugar is added to make it taste sweeter. In cooking adobo may I suggest you season them first & wait for a few hours (preferably overnight) before you cook them. Your marinade will be: vinegar, soy sauce, crushed garlic & pepper corns, 3-4 pcs. of dried bay leaf. Balance the vinegar and soy sauce. Putting too much vinegar will make the adobo sour and putting too much soy sauce will make it salty. Adjust sauce to your taste & the number of pork or chicken meat to be cooked. Do not put salt because the soy sauce will act as your salt. Place everything in a pan or pot & cook everything with the marinade & adding a little water to soften the meat. Pork usually takes more time to tenderize than chicken. As the sauce evaporates try to put some oil to fry the meat. Most enjoyable when eaten with steamed rice.

Thanks God Filipinos are very generous very welcoming to Andrei’s family. I don’t think Filipinos are doing the same to other foreigners it’s just there’s some kind of magic that this family attract Filipinos to watch their videos and send them gifts. There’s a vlogger here in South Australia who wrote her address if in case subscribers want to send gifts to her but actually she does not need them but the family of Andrei more likely to be needing them especially the children. See the glitters on their eyes especially if they receive toys and small snacks. As a Filipino by birth I am proud of my fellow Filipinos they showed it to the world though Philippines is a poor country they share their blessings to foreigners. More gifts as Christmas is fast approaching. Advance Merry Christmas to all Russians living in Samal island especially to Andrei’s family hope they can experience how Christmas is being celebrated in this small country.
