Goats could be skinny just from being pursued by a ram non-stop. probably putting on more mileage on a daily basis. My sweetcorn did great last year to where yours is now. At that point the raccoon and deer love it. Raccoon is what got me the worst until I bought an electric fence and added it in front of my normal fence... about 3 inches off the ground. :-) Glad the GSP made the video. Mine is now 8 months old.
The plot of corn is only about 5x5 so I was thinking about wrapping chicken wire around it. Maybe keep the squirrels from getting to and keep it from falling over too
You can likely save the broccoli without too much issue. Most looked pretty good, the really destroyed stuff try to remove the bad leaf stems and maybe new leaves will grow. If no luck then oh well. You were going to pull em anyways.
