Yeli, I have been on Mounjaro for 46 weeks. My injection site reactions began at about week 14 on 7.5mg and they have continues ever since. I am now on 12.5mg. My past injection sites will flare up again as well. I have had rash as big a 5 inches and some as small as a dime. It is really random. The dose changes did not increase the rashes. Just a note of encouragement, I have been able to get my A1c down to 5.2 and my average glucose is 98. I stay in the range of 70-130. That being said I eat no sugar and no breads, pasta or rice. They all spike my sugar. I keep my carbs at 25% of my calories or less. I am a slow loser as well and just hit 50lbs down. You are right Mounjaro is a tool that helps you, not a miracle medicine. You are doing the hard work and it will all pay off!

Thank you so much for sharing. I absolutely love seeing a snapshot where I might be in the future. That is such wonderful recovery! I do not eat bread, pasta, rice nor potatoes either. My body just doesn't handle them well. Great testimony! Thanks again for sharing

Hello. I am on compound Tirzepitide since February 24th. I had always injected the back of my arms rotating each week. Then someone said the legs had less side effects and best weight loss so I tried it. The site start itching so bad it even kept me awake at night for a couple of weeks after I injected. I went back to the back of my arms and no more itching.
